North Tacoma Musculoskeletal and Regenerative Medicine is a small, Veteran-owned clinic in Washington. We specialize in using ultrasound to find and treat joint, muscle, and nerve problems. Dr. Grogan has years of experience helping active-duty military members and special operations soldiers.

We treat joint and muscle issues using proven, non-surgical treatments like shockwave therapy and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). These treatments aren’t always covered by insurance, but we keep our prices simple, clear, and lower by avoiding big hospital costs.

As a direct care clinic, we don’t work through regular insurance. That lets us spend more time with you, offer honest prices without hidden costs, and give you the best care without rushing.

Some patients might get money back from their insurance later, but we believe great care should be available to everyone without the hassle.
