High-Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT)

High-Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT) is an advanced, non-invasive treatment using focused light energy to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, improve blood flow, and support your body’s natural healing process.

Unlike older “low-level” lasers, our robotic HILT delivers higher power (up to 50 watts), allowing the energy to reach deeper tissues like painful muscles, tendons, joints, and nerves. It also uses multiple synchronized wavelengths to target different depths simultaneously. This makes it especially useful for stubborn or long-standing musculoskeletal problems.

What Patients Notice

  • No pain

  • Sessions typically last 5–15 minutes per treatment area

  • No downtime—you can return to normal activity right away

What It Helps With

  • Tendon and ligament injuries

  • Joint pain and arthritis

  • Muscle strains and tightness

  • Nerve-related pain

Why It Matters

HILT is often used as part of a comprehensive plan—alongside treatments like shockwave or regenerative injections—to maximize the effect of other treatments and to help you recover faster and move with less pain.
