Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT)
Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT) is an advanced, non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy magnetic pulses to stimulate healing deep within muscles, tendons, joints, and bone. Unlike other treatments, EMTT passes through clothing and tissue without direct skin contact, delivering energy to areas that are difficult to reach with other therapies.
During treatment, patients typically feel a rhythmic tapping or pulsing sensation in the targeted area. There is no pain, no needles, and no downtime—most sessions last about 15 minutes, and you can return to normal activity right away.
In our musculoskeletal portfolio, EMTT is used to reduce pain, improve mobility, and speed tissue repair in conditions such as chronic tendon injury, joint arthritis, muscle injuries, bone stress injury, and bone fractures (with and without surgery!). EMTT is typically combined with shockwave therapy (EPAT/ESWT) and ultrasound-guided treatments to enhance outcomes and support faster and more effective recovery.
