Some clinics may charge over $1,100 for a simple injection or over $2000 for a complex injection like platelet-rich plasma, which are typically not covered by insurers. They may require expensive tests like MRIs that don’t always help with the diagnosis but run up your co-pays. At NTMSKR, you can get an expert evaluation and real-time ultrasound imaging—together—for less than many MRI co-pays.
